$52,000-$56,000 Join a Stable, Well‑Run Property Management Team and Own Key Accounting Processes If you're an organized, detail‑driven accounting professional who enjoys keeping financial operations running smoothly, this role offers the perfect blend of structure, ownership, and collaboration. As the Accounting Coordinator, you'll support a well‑established property management company by managing essential accounting workflows, maintaining accurate financial records, and serving as a trusted point of contact for tenants and vendors. What You'll Do Invoice & Document Management Review, organize, and distribute incoming invoices with accuracy and timeliness Manage the accounting inbox and follow up on outstanding items Maintain and track key financial documents (utility bills, insurance policies, tax records, bank statements) Set up new vendors and collect required tax and payment documentation Accounting Operations Support Process turnover‑related invoices and security deposit returns Maintain property insurance trackers and assist with corporate billing Support month‑end close by ensuring all invoices and documentation are complete and properly filed Accounts Receivable & Communication Assist with AR reporting, rent reminders, and collections Collect payments from mail and drop boxes Communicate professionally with tenants and vendors, ensuring timely and accurate responses What You Bring 2+ years of experience in accounting, property management, or administrative roles Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with property management or accounting software is a plus Why This Role Matters You'll be a key contributor to the financial accuracy and operational efficiency of the organization.
