• Contract-to-Hire About the Role A national homebuilding company is looking for an AP Administrative Assistant to support its land acquisition and land development team. Reporting to the VP of Land, this role provides administrative and financial support including invoice processing, contract coordination, purchase order creation, and budget tracking. What You'll Do Process invoices, purchase orders, and check requests for land development activities Support financial analysis and preliminary underwriting documentation for target acquisitions Assist with market research, including price comparisons, MLS data, and property ownership analysis Maintain project document control, including correspondence, purchase orders, and invoices Track and manage Land Development Trade Partner contracts Update budget reports monthly and quarterly Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to confirm insurance requirements before releasing payments Track the bond process from request through exoneration Perform other administrative duties as assigned What We're Looking For An aptitude for accounting and financial processes Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and online data applications Strong communication skills for working with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams Ability to manage and prioritize a demanding workload Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines at once
Compensation & Details Pay:
$24/hr
Contract-to-hire Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
