Job Description

We are seeking a full-charge bookkeeper in the DTC area.

The ideal candidate will possess:

excellent verbal and written communication skills in English experience in A/R, A/P, payroll, cash and balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, general ledger and accrual-based financial reporting. ability to multitask, work independently and problem solve. strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. strong understanding of an accrual-based general ledger as it relates to the financial statements experience in larger on-line software programs such as Foundation Construction and ResMan property management.

Helpful skills would include:

construction payables and draws. cash flow analysis Current salary range: $51k - $56k. This is a full-time hourly position. This is not a remote position. Benefits include healthcare, holidays, paid time off, and sick leave.
