Full Job Description Accounts Payable Clerk Pay:
$22.00
•$25.00 per hour
DOE Location:
100% In-Office We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of accounts payable experience in a manufacturing environment , strong Excel skills, and a commitment to accuracy and organization. Responsibilities Process and manage accounts payable invoices Match invoices to packing slips, shipping documents, and purchase orders Enter invoices into the ERP system and verify billing accuracy Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain organized AP records and documentation Assist with additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications 2+ years of manufacturing accounts payable experience required Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred Knowledge of Colorado sales and use tax preferred Experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) ERP is a plus If you have a strong accounts payable background in manufacturing and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply today. 2+ years of manufacturing accounts payable experience required
