We are seeking a motivated, organized individual for our Accounts Payable Specialist position at our corporate headquarters in Wheat Ridge. The ideal candidate will have current comprehensive accounts payable experience (2-4 years). Transportation or logistics experience is a plus. Responsibilities Daily posting of high-volume invoices (Including foreign currency) Prepare, process, and validate accuracy of vendor invoices for weekly/monthly payments Support AP aging reports, reconciliation of statements, including collection of missing invoices Support Variance Board and research payment discrepancies to attain resolution Process Licensee billing adjustment requests Process urgent check requests Support International Accounts Payable email box Utilize industry-specific AP software applications and QuickBooks Provide backup and support for our company's treasury specialist

Job Qualifications:

College degree (2 years) preferred Two to four years in full cycle accounts payable required Excellent Verbal & Telephone communication skills necessary, customer service and customer relationship building skills Moderate understanding of MS Excel & Office, with 10-key skills QuickBooks and Trans Soft experience a plus Accurate Typing skills with a minimum of 50+ words per minute Experience with accounts payable involving foreign currencies/vendors is a plus The salary range is based on the level of experience in the industry and work history.

Pay:

$24.00 - $29.00 per hour
