PART-TIME BOOKKEEPER - BAD ROCK AUTO.
Bad Rock Auto in Woodland Park is looking for a dependable, organized Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team.
Hours:
Approximately 15 hours per week.
Pay:
$18.00/hour.
Schedule:
Part-time, with some flexibility.
Responsibilities include:
Accounts payable and accounts receivable. Entering and categorizing transactions. Reconciling bank and credit card accounts. Processing and organizing vendor invoices. Maintaining accurate financial records. Assisting with payroll and employee records. Working with QuickBooks. Filing and general office organization. Communicating with our CPA/accountant as needed. Helping keep our day-to-day bookkeeping caught up and organized. What we're looking for: Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred. QuickBooks experience strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail. Dependable and trustworthy. Comfortable working independently. Good organizational and communication skills. Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required. We're a locally owned used vehicle dealership and full-service automotive repair shop. We're looking for someone who can come in, stay on top of the books, keep things organized, and become a reliable part of our team. Interested?
