AP/AR Specialist Location:

Meriden, CT (Fully Onsite)

Salary:

$45,000 – $52,000 A client of CFS is currently seeking an experienced AP/AR Specialist to join their team in Meriden, CT . Responsibilities of the AP/AR Specialist Manage all accounts payable functions, including invoice entry, coding, and matching Process accounts receivable activities, including cash applications and account maintenance Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness Set up new customer accounts within the company's internal system Assist with payroll processing and related administrative duties Provide additional accounting support as needed Qualifications Previous accounts payable and accounts receivable experience Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills Click here to apply online #
