Job Description

Accounts Receivables Responsibility
  • Daily Invoicing
  • Prepare daily journal entries related to cash receipts, billings and deposits.
  • Responsible for entering and posting cash receipts to customer accounts
  • Process and apply accounts receivable transactions.
  • Verify discrepancies and resolve billing issues. Accounts Payable Responsibility
  • Process and maintain all vendor invoices and payments.
  • Manage all vendor invoice related communications.
  • Publish daily cash balances and assist with cash forecast reporting.
  • Calling Customers For Money That Is Due Other Responsibilities
  • Entering Vouchers
  • Responsible for all billing related tasks,
  • Must be highly organized, extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively and independently with a positive attitude.
  • Day-to-Day Office Operations such as answering the phones, getting the mail
  • Track expenses and process expense reports.
The hours for this position are as follows Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Employees can expect: Competitive pay Paid holidays Year-end bonus program Qualifications are as follows: High School Diploma or Equivalent Knowledge of Financing and Accounting, Degree not required Minimum 2 years experience in invoice processing
