certified, and we run a small team. We are seeking a reliable AP/AR & Payroll Specialist to own the daily financial work that keeps the shop running. In this role you will process accounts payable and receivable, handle payroll and related filings, support month-end close, and keep records accurate and audit-ready in Sage 50. The office is small and family style—a toddler is usually present and dogs are in the building—so please apply only if that is a good fit.

Responsibilities Process accounts payable:

invoices, three-way matching where used, vendor payments, and vendor file maintenance Handle accounts receivable: invoicing, cash application, and follow-up on past-due accounts Process payroll and complete related reconciliations and filings Support month-end close and routine reporting for the Controller Keep records accurate, organized, and audit-ready in Sage 50 Qualifications Hands-on Sage 50 experience (required) Strong Excel skills Experience with AP, AR, and payroll Proven reliability: on time, finishes work without constant follow-up, and handles deadlines Comfort working on-site in a manufacturing office To apply, send a short note and resume to apply@soundmfg.com or upload your resume at soundmfg.com/careers.

Pay:

$26.44 - $31.25 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
