Job Summary:

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to process approximately 40-50 invoice packets daily and ensure accurate and timely payments.

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, purchase orders, receivers, freight, and inventory documents.
• Perform 3-way matching and research discrepancies such as missing items or incorrect pricing.
• Process freight/shipping charges, adjustments, and short pays.
• Handle Wire and ACH transactions and obtain required approvals.
• Identify customer vs. vendor invoices and ensure proper documentation for processing.
• Enter and maintain accurate information in ERP systems.
• Work with Canopy and other accounting systems as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience with 3-way matching and invoice processing.
• ERP experience such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay:

$23.00 - $26.00 per hour
