F&F Concrete is a family-owned ready mixed concrete supplier since 1953. We are currently seeking a highly skilled A/R Billing and Collection Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience in full cycle accounts receivable processing including collections, payment processing, discrepancy resolution, correct billing, preparation of monthly statements and monitoring of AR Aging.

• Responsibilities:

• Monitor accounts receivable and proactively address overdue payments.
• Prepare and issue invoices.
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain and update accounts with payment information, adjustment and credits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve billing issues.

• Skills:

• Thorough understanding of applicable accounts receivable procedures.
• Experience with account reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable and general accounting.
