Summary of Responsibility:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting /AP Specialist to support day-to-day financial operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounts payable transactions, cash reconciliation and reporting, and assisting with other general accounting and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with numbers in a fast-paced environment.What You Will Contribute:
Reviewing, coding and entering accounts payable invoices and ensuring timely payment Monitor group email and respond in a timely manner to internal and external inquiries Process payments via Check/ACH/Wire Obtain and maintain vendor W-9 forms & Insurance Certificates Prepare and reconcile daily, weekly and monthly cash reports Assist with reconciliation of employees and departmental credit card activity Assist with month-end closing activities, including Excel data analysis and reconciliations Prepare detailed Excel spreadsheets and backup documentation for allocation of intercompany expenses and ensure timely distribution Support audit and tax by preparing reports and updating audit/tax workbooks Handle payment and reconciliation of corporate income tax payments Support the budget process by updating and consolidating Excel spreadsheets Perform administrative duties related to accounting operationsOther Functions:

Associate's degree in accounting, Finance or related field 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or accounts payable experience High level of Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Proficiency in accounting software Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communications skills What's in it forYou:
