DESCRIPTION

Benefit Payment Services (BPS) assists retirees with questions regarding their pension payments. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who possess a commitment to superior customer service to join our team of call center professionals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Understanding call requests, problem solving as needed, and routing if required per client profile Assisting retirees with questions about their pension payments, tax forms, withholdings, etc. Sending forms via mail, fax, and email to participants Soft skills: Highly motivated, self-starter who can complete functions with little supervision Strong organization/time management skills &ability to prioritize Ability to function well in a high-volume environment & multitask Adapts well to change and is a team player- ability to achieve both individual and group goals #FA Dexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals. $23.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
