Bookkeeper / Human Resource Assistant We are hiring a dependable professional to support accurate bookkeeping and effective human resources operations. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and committed to handling financial and employee information with care. Position focus Combine financial accuracy with thoughtful, responsive support for employees and the wider team. Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping — Maintain accurate financial records, invoices, payments, and reconciliations using QuickBooks Online Reporting — Assist with financial reports, budgets, and routine administrative updates. Employee records — Maintain confidential personnel files and HR documentation. HR coordination — Support onboarding, benefits administration, attendance tracking, and employee inquiries. Compliance — Follow company policies and applicable financial and employment requirements. Qualifications Experience — Previous bookkeeping, accounting, human resources, or related administrative experience. Technical skills — Comfort with spreadsheets, bookkeeping systems, and standard office software. Attention to detail — Strong accuracy, organization, and follow-through. Communication — Clear, professional communication and a service-oriented approach. Professional judgment — Ability to protect confidential information and manage competing priorities.
