$24.00–$28.00/hour

As an Accounting Clerk, you'll support a fast-paced finance team at the center of an organization experiencing continued growth and innovation. The Accounting Clerk will gain exposure to both accounts payable and accounts receivable functions while working closely with Accounting, Sales, and Account Management teams. This role is ideal for an Accounting Clerk who enjoys variety, values ownership, and wants to develop well-rounded accounting experience in a dynamic, technology-driven environment. Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Clerk Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice coding, vendor setup, payment runs, and vendor account maintenance within Sage Intacct as the Accounting Clerk. Generate customer invoices, apply payments, and support accounts receivable activities as the Accounting Clerk. Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain W-9 and 1099 documentation as the Accounting Clerk. Monitor aging reports, assist with collections efforts, and partner with Sales and Account Management teams to resolve billing inquiries as the Accounting Clerk. Support month-end close activities, account reconciliations, audit requests, and special projects as the Accounting Clerk.
