Property Management We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment and brings deep expertise in accounting operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable:

AP functions including vendor management, invoice processing, and payment scheduling.

Credit Card Reconciliations:

Perform monthly reconciliations across multiple company credit cards with precision and timeliness.

General Accounting:

Maintain accurate financial records, journal entries, and ledgers in accordance with GAAP .

Reporting:

Prepare financial statements, assist with audits, and support budgeting and forecasting efforts. ✅

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a full-charge bookkeeper, preferably in a multi-entity environment. Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) . Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite). Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. Proficient in Excel. Must have more than 5 years full charge bookkeeping experience.
