The company focuses on helping clients maximize space and improve organization in every area of their living and working environments. Services include end-to-end design, manufacturing, and professional installation of custom organization systems. Team members collaborate closely with customers to deliver functional, durable, and aesthetically pleasing solutions tailored to individual needs. Role Description The Bookkeeper is a full-time, on-site role based in Pompano Beach, FL. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, including recording financial transactions, maintaining the general ledger, and reconciling bank and credit card statements. The Bookkeeper prepares invoices, processes payments, monitors accounts payable and receivable, and assists with payroll entries and expense tracking. The role also includes generating basic financial reports, supporting budgeting activities, and coordinating with management to ensure accurate and timely financial information. The Bookkeeper works closely with operations and sales teams to align financial records with project activities and company procedures. Qualifications Strong bookkeeping and accounting skills, including experience with general ledger maintenance, bank reconciliation, and accounts payable/receivable. Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets (e.g., QuickBooks or similar tools, Microsoft Excel) and ability to learn new systems quickly. Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and ability to maintain accurate and organized financial records. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with management, operations, and sales teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and work independently in an on-site environment. Prior experience in a small business, manufacturing, construction, or home services environment is preferred. High school diploma required; additional coursework or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is a plus.
