Since 2012, we have specialized in vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, transit advertising, wallpaper, signage, and nationwide installation services. We provide design, printing, and installation services to clients across the United States and are continuously expanding our operations and capabilities. We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Accounting Specialist who can take ownership of our day-to-day accounting functions and provide accurate financial reporting to support business growth and decision-making. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a growing company, takes pride in maintaining accurate financial records, and wants the opportunity to grow into a larger financial management role over time. Position Overview The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of bookkeeping or accounting experience and be highly proficient with QuickBooks Online. This individual will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, collections, reconciliations, reporting, sales tax filings, budgeting support, and other key accounting functions. This role reports directly to ownership and executive management and plays an important role in helping the company maintain financial accuracy, accountability, and profitability. ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable & Customer Billing Create and send customer invoices Monitor outstanding invoices and customer balances Follow up on overdue accounts and collections Maintain accurate customer records Coordinate with management regarding payment issues and aging accounts Accounts Payable Process vendor invoices and bills Manage vendor payments and payment schedules Maintain vendor records and documentation Reconcile vendor statements Coordinate payment approvals and vendor communications Financial Management Perform monthly bank reconciliations Reconcile company credit card accounts Maintain accurate and organized financial records Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes Ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date Reporting & Analysis Prepare monthly Profit & Loss Statements Prepare Balance Sheets Prepare Cash Flow Reports Generate financial reports for ownership and management Assist with budgeting and forecasting Monitor company financial performance and identify trends Support management with financial decision-making Operations Support Track job costing and project profitability Assist with inventory tracking and reporting Manage purchase order records Support sales tax filings and compliance requirements Maintain accounting data integrity within QuickBooks Online Assist in developing and improving financial processes and procedures QualificationsRequired Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online (Required) Strong proficiency with Google Sheets and spreadsheets Experience preparing Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Reports Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, reconciliations, and financial reporting Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Must be authorized to work in the United States Must pass a background check Preferred Experience in printing, manufacturing, signage, production, construction, or project-based businesses Experience with job costing and inventory management Experience supporting growing small-to-medium-sized businesses Experience helping implement or improve accounting systems and processes What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Takes ownership of their work Is highly organized and detail-oriented Can identify problems and propose solutions Is comfortable communicating with customers regarding outstanding invoices Thrives in a fast-paced environment Enjoys helping a growing company scale successfully Can provide accurate and timely financial information to management Has a proactive mindset and continuously looks for ways to improve efficiency and accuracy Growth Opportunity While this position is currently part-time, Printmor is a growing company with ambitious goals.
