Responsibilities:

Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) Manage Accounts Payable (AP) Process payroll and employee paychecks Perform day-to-day bookkeeping Enter and categorize transactions in QuickBooks Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, receipts, and payment records Track customer balances and follow up on outstanding payments Enter vendor bills and schedule payments Maintain accurate and organized accounting documentation Assist with monthly financial reporting Work with management and the company accountant/CPA as needed

Requirements:

Experience with QuickBooks Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Bookkeeping experience Payroll experience Strong attention to detail Good organizational skills Comfortable working with Excel and financial records Reliable and able to handle confidential information

Pay:

$43,000.00 - $46,800.00 per year
