Job description Looking for an experienced office assistant with experience in association management services. Must have basic bookkeeping, be experienced in Word and Excel, have exceptional customer services skills, be detail orientated and have the ability to multi-task. This position would be ideal for a candidate that is willing to learn, accept new challenges daily, and has the ability to work both in a team and independently.

Prioritize the day/week Emails & Phone Calls Processing mail received daily Invoicing Deposits Daily CINC tasks Collection Reports Mailings Filing & Organization Financial Reports Reconciling Producing monthly reports Preparations for attorney Seek estimates for community projects Handle gate access forms and cards Inputting warranty deeds and updating owner information Handle bulk mailings by deadlines and file if neededJob Type:
