The Bookkeeper supports the mission of the school by ensuring accurate, transparent, and timely management of the school's financial operations. This position requires a commitment to Catholic values, professional integrity, and a spirit of service to students, families, and staff. Reporting directly to the principal and working in close collaboration with the Parish Business Manager, the Bookkeeper is responsible for tuition and scholarship processing, receivables, financial reporting, and compliance with diocesan and state requirements. The role also includes clerical and administrative support in the school office, contributing to the smooth operation of daily school life. The Bookkeeper serves as a trusted steward of school resources and a point of support for families navigating tuition, scholarships, and financial aid, while ensuring that all accounting practices reflect accuracy, confidentiality, and the highest professional standards. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a Level 2 background screening.
