Job Description

Manage the Club and HOA accounts receivable and billing process. Prepare and process monthly member and homeowner statements. Post payments, charges, credits, and adjustments accurately. Monitor outstanding balances and assist with collection follow-up. Respond to member and homeowner questions regarding accounts and charges. Research and resolve billing discrepancies. Maintain accurate customer/member account records. Assist with credit card reconciliations. Assists with month end close and annual audit. Assist with accounts payable and other accounting functions as needed. Assist with payroll and HR functions. 2 plus years of accounting experience. Experience in a country club, hospitality, or member-based organization is a plus. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial and employee record-keeping. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with staff, members, and external partners. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Proficiency in Jonas or other Private Country Club software.
