Job Description
Accounting Title Clerk Duties and Responsibilities may include a number of the following: Prepare finalized deals for scanning (remove staples, make necessary copies, put everything in order etc.). Scan the whole deal into the system, ensuring that all pages are captured and clear. Maintain an organized work area. Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks. Proactively communicate with your supervisor. Propose solutions and improvements to processes. Answer incoming calls for the dealership. Other duties, as assigned. Accounting Clerk Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong organizational abilities. Detail oriented and organized. Self-motivated and able to effectively schedule and complete tasks to meet deadlines. CDK experience a plus. Ability to lift 10-15 lbs. unassisted. Availability weekends/nights, based on scheduling.
