Bookkeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our growing home-based business team. The ideal candidate will have bookkeeping experience, strong organizational skills, and general knowledge of construction industry operations. Responsibilities Prepare and manage bookkeeping estimates Handle payroll processing Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets Manage scheduling and calendars Respond to emails and assist with communication Answer and manage phone calls Utilize Buildertrend software as needed Qualifications Experience with bookkeeping and estimates General knowledge of construction preferred Familiarity with Buildertrend Proficient in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a home-based business environment Pay Pay based on experience Starting at $25-$28 per hour If interested, please apply with your experience and availability
