Job Description:
Solo Printing is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our Accounting team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, supporting core accounting functions, and helping maintain efficient daily office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with bookkeeping experience who enjoys working with numbers, problem-solving, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable Generate and issue customer invoices promptly and accurately. Record incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts. Communicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues. Follow up on overdue payments professionally. Accounts Payable Receive, review, and accurately enter vendor invoices into the accounting system. Reconcile vendor accounts and monthly statements; investigate discrepancies. Prepare and review checks, reconcile invoices, and ensure timely payments. Maintain organized records of accounts payable invoices. Inventory Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records. Support physical inventory counts and investigate variances. Record inventory transactions in the accounting system when required. Administrative & Office Support Maintain orderly filing systems for financial and office documents. Professionally answer and route phone calls when needed. Provide administrative support to the Business Manager, including report preparation, document formatting, and calendar coordination. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional accounting coursework a plus. Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with accounting software preferred. Basic knowledge of GAAP principles is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others. Bilingual
