Job Description
You Are:
An experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk, ideally experienced in the Construction/Trades space. Good with people and comfortable collaborating with both internal teams and clients.You Have:
A detail-oriented approach to your work, a steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, and Hiqh EQ.Your Location:
In-Person for first 3 months, with potential for 1-2 days remote/week therafter 1097 Jupiter Park Ln Ste 3, Jupiter, FL 33458Your Schedule:
Full Time (40hrs/Wk) Mon-Fri from 8:00am to 5:00pmYour Manager:
Controller Your Contribution toDefinitive Electronics:
Prepare and manage milestone/progress billing and AIA pay applications (G702/G703) for AV projects Own the AR process- post payments, reconcile accounts, and follow up on outstanding invoices Prepare lien waivers, NTOs, and compliance documentation Resolve billing discrepancies and client payment inquiries Generate AR reports and support month-end/year-end close, plus general admin support to ownership
Your Ideal Knowledge/Experience:
+2yrs accounts receivable or construction billing Hands-on AIA billing experience (preparing, submitting, and following up on payment applications) Familiarity with milestone billing and understanding of schedules of values Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) Definitive Electronic's Contribution toYou:
