Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable /
E-Commerce Specialist:
  • Process customer payments, apply cash receipts, and maintain accurate AR records.
  • Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts to ensure timely collections.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Support e-commerce order processing, payment verification, and customer account maintenance.
  • Collaborate with accounting, customer service, and operations teams to address order and payment issues.
Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable /
E-Commerce Specialist:
  • 2+ years of Accounts Receivable, billing, or collections experience.
  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms, online order management, or high-volume transaction environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately manage multiple priorities.
