E-Commerce Specialist:
- Process customer payments, apply cash receipts, and maintain accurate AR records.
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts to ensure timely collections.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Support e-commerce order processing, payment verification, and customer account maintenance.
- Collaborate with accounting, customer service, and operations teams to address order and payment issues.
E-Commerce Specialist:
- 2+ years of Accounts Receivable, billing, or collections experience.
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms, online order management, or high-volume transaction environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately manage multiple priorities.
