Accounting Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support our daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, reliable, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and accounting responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable Support payroll processing and tracking Maintain accurate bookkeeping records Track and manage company expenses Handle incoming calls and general administrative tasks Assist with data entry and reporting in Excel Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed Support overall office and accounting operations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in accounting or administrative roles preferred Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar is a plus) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Excellent communication skills

Preferred:

Experience with payroll and financial reporting Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
