Job Description

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in managing the company's accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments to our subcontractors and vendors, and assisting our controller with maintaining compliance with financial standards.
Duties Accounts Payable Approval Process:
Verifying with Ivey's Project Manager, Superintendent, and Project Engineer that the invoice is correct and can be entered and processed for payment Organizing, tracking and ensuring all accounts payable invoices are being processed in a timely manner, and following up with any open ones Assist the Controller with the other accounting administrative work Assist with month-end closing procedures related to accounts payable Process approved subcontractor change orders Reconcile subcontractor statements and research discrepancies Organize, input and reconcile company credit card transactions Experience Experience working in administrative duties for at least 2 years. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and basic computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other ERP Software is not required but preferred Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy. This role is vital for maintaining the integrity of our financial operations while supporting overall business objectives through precise account management and compliance adherence.
