Accounts Receivable Specialist Pay:

We're hiring an experienced AP/AR Specialist to join a fast-paced and growing team. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage both incoming and outgoing financial transactions. What You'll Do:

Process high-volume invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors (AP) Prepare and send customer invoices and follow up on outstanding balances (AR) Reconcile vendor statements and customer accounts Maintain accurate records and assist with month-end close Communicate with internal departments and external clients as needed

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in both AP and AR Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, etc.) Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs preferred) High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
