Job Description

We are currently hiring for an Accounting Technician position. Below are the details for the role:
Position:
Accounting Technician Pay Rate:
$20.00 / hour
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Requirements:
Must pass a background check and drug screening, and be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily financial and operational functions for the ORM team through efficient coordination, communication, and resource management. Track and prioritize requests in Jira, following up on open or overdue tickets. Perform entry-level accounting and administrative tasks, including processing purchase order requisitions, invoices, and P-card transactions. Ensure accuracy and proper account coding before entering data into financial systems. Accept, post, and issue receipts for payments. Monitor accounting activities against budgets and prepare financial summaries, budget deviation reports, and revenue/expenditure statements. #FTM
