Accounts Payable Specialist -

Hybrid Location:

Fort Lauderdale, FL Pay:

$25-$29 per hour

Job Type:

Temporary-to-Permanent Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00/9:00 AM-5:00

PM Hybrid:

Four days onsite; Fridays remote A growing national healthcare organization is hiring two Accounts Payable Specialists to join its Fort Lauderdale team. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on AP experience who is looking for a stable, long-term position with a large organization.

Responsibilities:

Process invoices accurately and efficiently using Coupa Review invoices for proper approvals, coding, and supporting documentation Research and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment questions Maintain accurate accounts payable records Support additional AP functions and projects as needed

Requirements:

Previous accounts payable experience Hands-on Coupa experience is required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage a steady invoice workload and meet deadlines Stable employment history Comfortable working onsite four days per week in Fort Lauderdale The interview process includes one in-person interview. This position offers the opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
