Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Dealership Biller to join our dynamic accounting team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately processing all dealership billing transactions, ensuring compliance with financial standard and dmv standards, maintaining seamless communication with team members and internal departments. Your expertise in accounting systems and dealership software will help streamline billing operations, support interdepartmental tasks , and uphold the highest standards of accuracy. Duties Prepare, review, and process deals using dms software and accounting systems such as Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack Conduct data entry with high precision, utilizing Excel formulas and spreadsheets for analysis and data recording Collaborate with the sales management and finance team to manage retail deal paperwork and processing Generate detailed reports on billing activities, commission calculations Maintain thorough documentation of all billing transactions, journal entries Work a 40 hour work week, Monday-Friday Skills Strong proficiency in accounting software such as Reynolds & Reynolds Extensive experience in a dealership accounting office Skilled in Excel data analysis, including creating formulas and spreadsheets Familiarity with billing software systems integrated within the dealership accounting environments Excellent attention to detail in data entry, account reconciliation, and financial concepts understanding Effective phone etiquette coupled with customer service skills to handle client and team member inquiries professionally Ability to perform math accurately using 10 key typing skills and understand debits & credits fundamentals This role is perfect for experienced candidates who thrive in a fast-paced setting where accuracy meets efficiency.
