All American Air is immediately hiring a qualified bookkeeper to join our Business Department. The qualified candidate will have a Bachelors Degree and three years of experience working as a bookkeeper for small to medium size businesses. Candidate must demonstrate a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements, excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy, strong organizational and time management skills. The selected candidate can expect to work within a team and directly supervise a staff of four employees, and will report directly to the Business Manager. Duties will include, but are not limited to, cash account reconciliations, recording and categorizing of daily financial transactions, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, assistance with payroll processing, assistance with financial report compilations. Candidates should have high level data entry, excellent written and verbal skills, ability to demonstrate attention and orientation to detail. Candidates will be accountable, conscientious and responsible of their work.
