DOEAbout the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to support bookkeeping operations for a long- and short-term rental program while also assisting the property management and rental team with day-to-day administrative and customer service responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, basic bookkeeping knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesProcess incoming payments, record lease payments, and process invoices related to the rental program.

Utilize rental/property management software to maintain accurate records. Experience with Streamline is a plus but not required.

Process and manage rental reservations using effective communication and customer service techniques.

Communicate regularly and professionally with property owners, tenants, residents, guests, and vendors.

Provide responsive and professional customer service while addressing resident and guest needs.

Assist with scheduling housekeeping services and coordinating unit turnovers.

Manage daily correspondence, administrative duties, and operational tasks efficiently.

Maintain positive owner and resident relationships through proactive and timely communication.

Assist with guest check-ins and routine property inspections.

Support the rental team with general administrative and operational activities as needed.

Qualifications & SkillsBasic bookkeeping knowledge and experience.

Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications.

Experience with property management or rental software is a plus; Streamline experience preferred but not required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong customer service orientation.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to learn new software and processes quickly.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently across multiple computer applications.

Strong initiative with the ability to work independently.

Flexible schedule; occasional weekend availability may be required.
