seeks Accounting Clerk to Prepare and issue client invoices and process incoming payments; record, classify, and verify daily financial transactions, including accounts receivable and accounts payable entries; process payroll information and maintain employee compensation records; maintain accounting files, administrative records, and financial documents for internal control and recordkeeping purposes; reconcile financial data by comparing entries against source documents and resolving discrepancies; prepare basic financial reports and budget summaries for management review; build and maintain spreadsheets to support financial reporting and data organization.

Req:

High School/GED & 2 years of Experience in acct. support, budgeting, financial reporting, or financial admin. funcs., incl. fin. data entry, budget tracking, prep. of reports, reconciliation of fin. info., and maint. of acct./fin. recs.
