Job Description
Part-Time Bookkeeper
•QuickBooks Online Experience Required Level Best Roofing, LLC is seeking an experienced, dependable Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. We are looking for someone who knows bookkeeping and accounting fundamentals, is proficient with QuickBooks Online , and is also willing to learn how we do things. We value experience, but we are equally interested in someone who is adaptable, comfortable with technology, and open to learning new processes and systems. As we continue to embrace new technology, this position will be supported by AI and other digital tools designed to simplify many routine bookkeeping and administrative tasks. While these tools will make portions of the job easier and more efficient, they do not replace accounting knowledge or good judgment. Previous bookkeeping experience is still a must. We are looking for someone who is excited to use technology as a tool rather than resistant to changing how things have traditionally been done.
Position Details Part-Time:
Approximately 25 hours per week Monday-Friday Potential schedule of 9:00 AM-2:00 PM or 10:00 AM-3:00 PM Consistent daytime schedule with evenings and weekends free Great opportunity for someone looking for professional, steady part-time work that still allows flexibility for school drop-off/pick-up and family responsibilities

•26 per hour, based on experience What We're Looking For Previous bookkeeping experience required QuickBooks Online experience required Strong understanding of AP, AR, reconciliations, and expense categorization Excellent attention to detail Organized and able to manage priorities independently Comfortable working in a technology

This could be an excellent fit for an experienced bookkeeper who wants to continue working professionally while maintaining a schedule that leaves mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends available for family and personal responsibilities.
