Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a bookkeeper/administrative assistant for 3 locations including: this position supports a "on the road" service team, owners, and management. Responsibilities include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Reconciliations, Financial Statements, Payroll & Payroll Taxes, Sales Taxes. Account Reconciliation. QuickBooks Desktop. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Answer phones, Coordinate Travel Arrangements. Detail Oriented. Good Communication Ability. Must be Self Motivated. Only Experienced Need Apply. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations Maintain accurate financial records by entering data efficiently into excel spreadsheets and QuickBooks Desktop Directing calls with professional phone etiquette Support office management activities by organizing files, maintaining calendars, and coordinating appointments Assist with customer and vendor communication through email and phone, providing excellent customer support and support for inquiries Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence to ensure clarity and professionalism Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Proven experience with bookkeeping, administrative support or clerical roles in a professional setting Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and productivity software Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly preferred Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail Honest and dependable Exceptional phone communication skills combined with courteous phone etiquette Self discipline and dependability a must Prior experience as a personal assistant or in calendar management is advantageous We are a small and close knit group; we depend on each other.
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per weekBenefits:
