Minimum Qualifications:
Standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of any General Education Development (GED) Testing Program preferred.
Goal:
Receive, manage and process ASP funds/monies.
Job Duties:
Creates student accounts Requests purchase orders for supplies and refreshments Request checks for District-required payments from ASP funds Maintains accurate student attendance and payment records Prepares payroll Communicates student record account balances to parents/legal guardians, ASP Coordinator and Principal Makes ASP Coordinator and Principal aware of any difficulties in receiving timely payments Attends and participates in ASP staff meetings and required training sessions Ensures adherence to good safety procedures Follows federal and state laws, as well as School Board policies Performs other duties as assigned This position is a temporary assignment; payment based on hours worked, and as work is available, with no eligibility or seniority for employee benefits. All employees are eligible to participate in the
CCSD 403
(b) or 457(b) retirement savings account.
