Job Description

AP Clerk- Manufacturing/Oracle/ERP Location:
Conyers, GA (Fully On-Site)
Pay:
$22-25/hr depending on experience
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM •Temp assignment while someone is on leave•Our client is a well-established manufacturing company and industry leader specializing in the design and production of commercial equipment. Known for their operational excellence and commitment to quality, they serve a wide range of customers across the country and are a trusted name in their space. They are looking for you, an experienced AP Specialist who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced, processing-heavy role. This is a temporary assignment of approximately 8-16 weeks supporting the finance team during a leave of absence.
What you get to do:
Process accounts payable transactions primarily related to inventory purchasing Manage the AP inbox and handle incoming invoices and requests Work closely with the General Accountant who will oversee your workflow Coordinate with a shared services team handling non-inventory/non-PO purchasing Assist with service tickets and other AP related tasks as needed Navigate ERP and Oracle systems to process and record transactions accurately What you need to succeed: Prior AP processing experience required Manufacturing industry background strongly preferred Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems a plus Comfortable working with a shared services team Ability to work fully on site in Conyers, GA Self-sufficient and able to manage a high volume manual process with minimal supervision Why choose ExecuSource?
