The Bookkeeper will manage accounting functions, administrative responsibilities, client relationships, subcontractor/vendor coordination, and support estimating and bid processes.When:

$70,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will bring strong bookkeeping experience within the construction industry and have the ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism.Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial records and accounting functions using QuickBooks.
- Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general bookkeeping activities.
- Assist with job estimation and bid preparation processes.
- Support project documentation, including AIA-related documentation when applicable.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
- Perform administrative duties and office support functions.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent communication.
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping and reporting for construction-related projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
- Construction industry experience is required.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks is required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Experience with AIA documentation is desired.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Thick-skinned professional with the ability to thrive in a demanding environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience working with subcontractors and vendors.
- Experience supporting estimating and bid processes.
