Job Description
Tebo Dental , an Atlanta-based pediatric dental and orthodontic group, is looking for professionals to join our motivated and ambitious accounts receivable/billing team. Ideal candidates have exceptional attention-to-detail and will be intelligent, organized, dependable, driven, forward-thinking, and ready to take their career to the next level with a growing company.
Responsibilities:
Promptly respond to incoming calls related to accounts receivable or billing inquiries Build positive rapport with patients and parents by delivering exceptional customer service Audit the schedule for past due balances to flag appointments for collections Prepare, submit, and follow-up on insurance claims Research accounts to address billing or account balance inquiries Contact parents to advise of remaining account balances and collect payments Set up payment arrangements with billing party Prepare and submit various reports Prepare accounts for collections and update the appropriate spreadsheet each month Send monthly billing statements and post payments Other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong organizational skills Ability to multitask Exceptional attention to detail Ability to work in a fast paced, patient-focused environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to be personable with patients and parents/guardiansQualifications:
Previous experience working in a dental or medical setting is a plus Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and Dentrix software is a plus Effective time-management and organization skills Clear written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention-to-detailBenefits:
