The Accounting Assistant will support daily accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with company policies.Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations. Assist with financial reporting and maintaining accurate records. Support month-end and year-end closing procedures. Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies. Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. 2+ years of accounting experience. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel & Quickbooks. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
