ALM is a leading Automotive Group, looking to expand our workforce and are currently looking for a driven, excited, dedicated Accounting Clerk who is ready for the opportunity to join a winning team, and continue to drive home the culture of success that we have built. We are currently looking for an accounts payable clerk who is self-motivated and willing to learn to join our team. Pay is based on experience. Processes all invoices, expenses, and inventory for payment Sets up accounting for invoices and input data into the computer. Balance account payable invoices and statements. Issues checks, pay bills and charges appropriate account for expenses to pay vendor invoices and miscellaneous expense requests through check requisitions. Bills inter-company stores for appropriate purchases. Maintains all vendor name files. Ensures that all month-end payments are paid. Generates account detail as needed for managers with an emphasis on month-end detail as needed. Checks all vouchers and purchase orders and obtains appropriate payment approval. Performs other duties as assigned. Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area. Automotive dealership experience required Accounts Payable Skills Basic computer knowledge Ability to set priorities Excellent organizational skills Great Communication skills Willingness to learn Must have a Positive Attitude AP Dealership experience preferred Bilingual a plus ALM Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer.
