The ideal candidate must be versed in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel & Outlook. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and supporting various accounting functions. Candidate is required to have a min of 2yrs experience with QuickBooks. This is not a remote or hybrid position. In person M-F. Duties Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations regularly to verify account balances Prepare journal entries and ensure proper double-entry bookkeeping practices in accordance with the brokerage Generate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and other statements for management review Preparing relevant reports Utilize accounting Quickbooks software to record transactions and generate reports Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities and resolve issues promptly Maintain accurate records of debits & credits, general ledger transactions, and account activity Assist with accounting requirements and ensure compliance with relevant regulations Skills Proven experience with accounting Quickbooks software and other financial platforms Proficiency in bank reconciliation, general ledger reconciliation, and account analysis Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping, journal entries, and financial concepts such as debits & credits Experience with accounts payable/receivable management and payroll processing Ability to prepare detailed financial reports and write clear financial reports for management review Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail Strong analytical skills for account reconciliation and account analysis tasks Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments and support audit processes This position provides an excellent opportunity for candidates skilled in various accounting disciplines to contribute meaningfully to our organization's financial operations.
