Key Responsibilities Accounting / Bookkeeping Process and maintain Accounts Payable (AP), including vendor invoices, bills, and payment records Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR), including customer invoicing, payment posting, and account maintenance Review, verify, and reconcile AP and AR records for both U.S. and Canadian operations Review and verify inventory ledgers for both U.S. and Canadian operations to ensure inventory receipts, shipments, adjustments, and balances are accurate and properly recorded Investigate and resolve discrepancies identified during inventory ledger reviews Review customer account balances and prepare and send monthly customer statements Monitor outstanding AR balances and follow up with customers regarding past-due invoices and payment status Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, customer payments, account balances, and transaction records Perform general bookkeeping and data entry Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations Organize invoices, receipts, vendor statements, and other accounting documents Assist with month-end accounting tasks, including reviewing account balances and supporting documentation as needed Provide general accounting support to the Accounting Manager HR / Employee Administration Coordinate new-hire onboarding documentation Collect, review, and maintain employee forms, including Form W-4 and Form I-9 Maintain organized and confidential employee personnel files Track required employee documents and follow up on missing documentation Process administrative updates for new hires, terminations, and employee status changes Coordinate employee benefits and insurance enrollment and termination, including removing terminated employees from applicable benefit plans Maintain employee records and HR-related documentation Assist with other general HR administrative duties as needed Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is preferred. Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support preferred Basic understanding of AP, AR, bookkeeping, inventory records, and account reconciliation principles Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Experience with QuickBooks (QB) and/or Acumatica is preferred Ability to handle confidential employee and financial information appropriately Strong communication and follow-up skills, including the ability to communicate professionally with customers regarding outstanding balances Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
