  • 52,000 annually) About the Role Tifosi Optics is hiring a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist for a hands-on role in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
We are a small company where work is visible, accuracy matters, people pitch in, and wins are celebrated together. What You Will Do Post and apply daily customer payments, including checks and credit cards. Research retail order questions using Shopify and company systems. Maintain customer records and respond to wholesale customer account questions. Partner with Customer Service, Sales, and Warehouse teams on credit memos and account issues. Generate invoices and statements; assist with collection follow-up by phone and email. Protect confidential customer/financial information and securely process payment information. Post purchase orders, assist with vendor statement reconciliation, and support month/year-end close. What We Are Looking For Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and follow-through. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and move between systems comfortably. Professional written/verbal communication and a customer-focused approach. Ability to research, problem-solve, and handle confidential information with discretion. 2+ years of AR, accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience. Preferred Experience Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or another ERP; Shopify/e-commerce; credit card processing; credit memos, collections, invoice reconciliation, customer account maintenance; intermediate Excel.
