Competitive pay up to $25/hour Clear path from contract to permanent hire Supportive leadership and collaborative team environment Opportunity to make immediate, meaningful contributions Key Responsibilities In this fast-paced Accounts Receivable role, responsibilities include: Posting customer payments accurately and reconciling AR accounts Researching and resolving billing discrepancies and short pays Generating and distributing invoices and account statements Managing aging reports and following up on outstanding balances Communicating professionally with customers to resolve payment issues Supporting month-end close activities Partnering with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting What You Bring 1-3+ years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers Experience with AR systems, payment posting, and basic Excel Clear and professional communication skills Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Dependable, proactive mindset Who You Are You are organized, reliable, and motivated by accuracy. Pay Details:
