What You'll Do + Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently + Review invoice coding and approvals + Prepare and support check runs and electronic payments + Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies + Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships + Assist with month-end accounting activities + Maintain organized financial records and documentation + Partner with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate payments + Support process improvement initiatives within accounts payable Requirements What You'll Do + Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently + Verify invoice coding and ensure proper approvals are obtained + Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments + Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies + Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships + Monitor accounts to ensure payments are made according to terms + Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting + Maintain organized records and supporting documentation + Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues + Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency If This Sounds Like You...
