This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for an experienced finance professional looking to join a mission-driven organization and build a long-term career. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, QuickBooks experience , and a solid understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general finance functions .

Position Details Pay:

$60,000 per year Key Responsibilities Assist with daily accounting and finance functions Process and maintain Accounts Payable (AP) Process and maintain Accounts Receivable (AR) Utilize QuickBooks for financial and accounting tasks Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Assist with general bookkeeping and finance duties Qualifications & Requirements Proficient in QuickBooks Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Strong Microsoft Office/Microsoft applications proficiency General computer literacy and strong technical skills Understanding of general finance and accounting functions Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Must successfully pass a drug test Must successfully pass a fingerprint-based background check How to apply: Walk-in interviews welcome: Monday-Thursday, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Friday 10:00am-2:00pm
